DailyDawa is operated by Stack Digital, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, which is the data controller responsible for the information described below.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email, phone number, and city when you sign up.
• Patient details: the name, WhatsApp number, language, and emergency contact for each person you set up reminders for.
• Medicine schedules: medicine names and the times of day you choose.
• Reminder activity: when reminders were sent, replied to, or missed.
• Payment data: handled by Razorpay. We never store your card details.

2. How we use it

We use your information solely to deliver the service: sending reminders, alerting emergency contacts, processing your subscription, and providing support. We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the providers that make the service work — Razorpay (payments) and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (messaging) — and only as needed. Emergency-contact alerts are sent to the contact you choose.

4. Consent

We collect and process your information only with your consent, which you give when you create an account. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. Health information you log (medicines, blood pressure, sugar, weight, allergies) is used only to provide reminders and your own summaries — we never interpret it or give medical advice.

5. Age & authority

You must be 18 or older to use DailyDawa. By adding another person (such as a parent or child), you confirm you are authorized to manage their health information on their behalf.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated health data at any time from your dashboard (Delete account). Tax invoices are retained for the period required by Indian tax law even after deletion.

7. Your rights

• Access a copy of your information and your monthly summaries.
• Correct your details from your account.
• Erase your account and health data (Delete account).
• Withdraw consent and raise a grievance.
