1. The service

DailyDawa is a service operated by Stack Digital, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It sends medicine reminders over WhatsApp and alerts a chosen emergency contact when a reminder goes unanswered. It is a convenience and support tool.

2. Not medical advice

DailyDawa does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow your doctor's instructions. We are not responsible for missed doses, delivery delays, or messages that fail to arrive due to network, device, or third-party issues.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate phone numbers, schedules, and emergency-contact details.
• Get the consent of any person you set up reminders for.
• Keep your login secure.

4. Subscription & billing

The service costs ₹99 per month, billed through Razorpay until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and reminders. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use DailyDawa for spam, unlawful purposes, or to message people without their consent.

5a. Eligibility & consent

You must be 18 or older to use DailyDawa. By creating an account you confirm your age and, where you add another person, that you are authorized to manage their health information.

5b. Not medical advice; no guarantee

DailyDawa is a reminder and personal record-keeping aid. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — always consult a qualified doctor about your medicines and health. Reminders are delivered over WhatsApp and other third-party networks, so timely delivery cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyDawa and Stack Digital are not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered reminders or for any health outcome.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
