WhatsApp guide

How reminders work

Everything DailyDawa sends you on WhatsApp, how to reply in a word (or just tap a button), and how to pause or stop anytime. We only ever message with your consent.

What we send you

DailyDawa messages you only for things you signed up for:

💊 Dose reminders

At each scheduled time, a reminder listing the medicines to take in that slot.

🩺 Vitals check-ins

If you have the vitals add-on, a gentle nudge to send your BP, sugar or weight.

🛒 Refill reminders

A heads-up to the account owner when a medicine is about to run out.

🔔 Family alerts

If a dose is not confirmed, we can alert the emergency contact you chose.

How we respect your consent

🛡️

You are always in control.

We ask you to confirm your number before any reminders begin, and we never message a number that has not agreed. Reply STOP at any time and every reminder - dose, vitals and refill - stops immediately, even while your subscription is active. Reply START to turn them back on. Only account and payment notices (like a failed renewal) are sent regardless, because they are essential to your account.
