Organising supplements and vitamins

Once a stack passes four or five items, the difficulty stops being memory and becomes arrangement - what goes with food, what competes with what, and what survives a week that doesn't go to plan.

What we will and won't tell you

These pages help you arrange a routine you've already decided on. They don't recommend supplements, doses, brands or combinations, and they don't make claims about what anything does.

That's not caution for its own sake. What belongs in your routine depends on your diet, your bloodwork and anything prescribed you're already taking - and several common supplements interact with prescription medicines in ways that aren't visible from the label. Thyroid medication and mineral supplements are a frequently cited example. If you take anything prescribed, ask a pharmacist before adding to the stack. They'll do it in a minute and it's free.

The spacing question everyone eventually hits

The most common realisation people have is that the single handful at breakfast was never the best arrangement. Some things want food and some want an empty stomach; iron and calcium compete for absorption and are usually separated; fat-soluble vitamins generally go with a meal containing fat. None of that is obvious until someone says it, and it's the main reason a stack is worth writing down rather than remembering.

And the one nobody expects

Multi-ingredient products overlap far more than people assume. A pre-workout, a greens powder and a multivitamin can contain three of the same things, and stacking blends makes the running total of any single ingredient genuinely hard to know without doing the arithmetic. Writing out the full contents of everything is how most people find this - and it's the same list that makes a doctor's appointment useful.

The routine isn't the hard part. Week three is.

Almost everyone can follow a stack for a fortnight. DailyDawa sends each slot to your WhatsApp at the time you set - nothing to open, nothing to swipe away - which matters most on the days you'd otherwise quietly let it slide.
